Yes, you read that correctly. It's not a typo. We had a blast bouncing from field to field, getting from point A to point B this past weekend.
Although very cold, this was the most beautiful weekend for soccer!
Zachary has the most cardiovascular endurance of anybody I know!
Joel B is one of the fastest on the field and has as much speed as kids many years older!
My sweet girl, Alexis babysat for us most of the games. On Sunday afternoon, Alexis had Ballet tryouts (Wizard of Oz....and she is so excited!) so the little people attended Joel B's Championship game....and boy was it cold. They loved being outside!
Joel B's team mates are 10 years old and played all their games in the 11/12 year old division. The Championship game was great as they played ANOTHER top team (ages 11/12...one year up from Joel B) in our organization. We were ahead until the very end and tied with one minute to go. The team was forced to pick five kids from each team to kick....and we lost by just one point. Joel B was still very proud to get a trophy. He earned it this weekend!!
