I love the expression on the girls' faces! Alexis is the third one over from the left."Oops" is a cute, humorous ballet consisting of about 30 dancers, 6 to 18 years old. The girls do a wonderful job acting out all the things that could go wrong in a dance class. Half the "class" is very serious, talented dancers and a few are just making it through. Without a word, K's (far right) expression is priceless.
One of the dancers stomps a spider and another wears very large jewelry. Two have to go to the bathroom and they come out with toilet paper stuck to their costume. The "serious, talented" students, roll their eyes at their classmates that just can't seem to get it together.
This past weekend, Alexis and I shared the day at dress rehearsal. She has 8 costumes, 8 different hairstyles....and make up changes. I look forward to sharing more pictures of her beautiful costumes.

i'm so glad you posted about alexis's blog business. i probably never would have splurged on a blog design, but i loved the idea of helping such a great young girl who is clearly honoring god in her life. you must be so very proud! and she is very talented. did she tell you how excited i was/am about it and how much i LOVE what she did?! julia.
